Running / Climbing Jackts

I bought this because it was packable and could be thrown in a backpack when not in use. I purchased this for an Alaskan cruise since the weather can be unpredictable. I was able to layer it over a thick, long sleeve cotton shirt & a lightweight thin down jacket. It held up to a little light rain and gave me an extra layer of wind breaking during a whale excursion. I’m not sure how it would hold up in a down pour as we had wonderful weather while we were there. Only a few times did it lightly rain, and this jacket kept me dry.

Hiking / Camping Jackets

Took this on my trip to Ireland and left it in my backpack in case for rain or wind. So glad I had this with me! Water slides right off.

I ordered this jacket for an upcoming hiking trip. I don’t plan to use it often, so I like that it was affordable. I also like that it fits into a little bag and the blue color is attractive. I’m mainly writing this review to help others with fit, because I found some of the answers and reviews to be conflicting. I am 5’6”, 145 lbs, with athletic build. Bust maybe 36” and hips maybe 39”. This jacket fits loosely as it should. The sleeves do start to get short when I raise my arms but it’s not a big deal and my arms are kind of long anyway. I’m glad I got this size.
